Positive meditations and visualizations during Yoga Nidra strengthens the bond with your baby and paves the way for a more relaxed, confident body and mind as labour begins.
It is an opportunity to meet other pregnant women, learn from each other, share information and hear birth stories.
You can begin classes anytime after 14 weeks. It is important that you update Shila regularly on any changes in your condition
